Such a Clown!

Soccer started this past weekend for Colin and we were excited!  I'm not sure why, because this child loves everything about soccer, except for actually following the rules of the game. LOL! He loves for everyone to chase him around the field, roll around in the grass, and absolutely loves the hillside with the trees. OMG! Yes, my child would be the one rolling around in the grass! His buddy, Joey, is so darn cute though.  He tries his best to keep Colin under wraps, but Mrs. Jones (Joey's mom) has to help him keep Colin occupied.  I feel terrible for them, but they always insist they enjoy it, too.  Anyway, it's something to keep him active and I'm praying that soon this will kick in and he will not be such a clown about it.  I did get a little upset, last Saturday, and stepped in and made him listen and kick some goals.  In Colin's defense, he lasted 50 mins, so all-in-all he really did do all he could. I remember when he first started and literally 10 mins and he was done, so we truly are making progress. However, if I'm being truthful, I'm not sure if soccer is his thing?  He enjoys going to have fun and seeing his buddy, but having lunch afterwards is truly what he loves the most.☺  Soccer-4-All, is a great organization that we enjoy participating in, so we will continue and like I said, pray he starts acting more like me and not his dad while he's there....hahaha! I love my little soccer player and really do enjoy watching him, even if, running around the field is all I get right now!
